My son likes similar things to Kyle, especially books that involve pushing buttons or toys that light up and play music. My son has always rubbed tags on blankets and towels to calm down so we can’t cut tags out of anything other than his clothes. He doesn’t like tags in his clothes. I enjoyed watching Kyle open his presents it brought a smile to my face and tears to my eyes!! I hope you and your family had a merry Christmas! ❤️

Aww, thank you! It brought tears to my eyes, too, the way he responded to the book with the pictures. Now that you mention how your son likes tags, I recall how Kyle likes to look at the Dr. Seuss tag that we never cut off of his Cat in the Hat stuffed animal.

Hey Kelly. I love these videos. I see a lot of Kyle in me. Even though I'm 24, I love toys that talk, sing and dace. My whole wall in my bedroom is covered with those singing animated bass fish. And if he likes announcers he would love my friend Brian Conover's voice. I uploaded some of his commercials on youtube on my channel. I got a weighted blanket for Christmas. It really seems to calm me down and put me in the mood for sleep. I also got a pillow case that feels exactly like the stuffed golden retriever I have. Hope all of you have aa happy and healthy new year.

I can feel Kyle is happy with those presents. That was a beautiful photo book, props to the photographer, those are great pictures and by putting those wonderful words, you know it’s made of love. You are such an amazing mother! You are just so good with Kyle and I love how you prompt him, for example when his book fell to the side and he was just using his one hand you gently tapped his other hand to let him know to use his other hand! This was the cutest video! Kyle made me laugh when he excitedly patted his new pillow, he was so happy! You guys are the best and I love your channel! Keep up the great work! 🥰

Your such a sweetheart of a mom. God did real good, choosing you, to be his mom. Such a tough job, i couldnt have children, but my best friend, Anna did. Back in the late 1970s, she had a cute lil red headed baby , she named melanie penny. Sadly she was born with autism , herself......back then, dr.s didnt know as much as they do now Days. Melanie was alot like your beautiful son, kyle. Melanies in her 40s, living in a group home in santa cruz. She always loved..M TV, FROM THE EARLIER DAYS, WHERE SHE COULD SWAY N DANCE TO THE M♡ TV MUSIC CHANNEL. YOU HAVE SUCH A HANDSOME FAMILY. VERY GOOD, VERY WHOLESOME .

No, Kyle can't write. I have used hand over hand to assist him to write his first name, but he needs full assistance.

Hi Kelly, I have a question for you, could you do a video of the equipment you use that Kyle needs every day. I would do one, but unfortunately where my side is horrible I couldn’t do it on Luke’s equipment but he has a lot he uses, does Kyle ever use a wheelchair, looked at sometimes. By the way I just want to thank you so much for what you said. I really wanted that for Kyle I want to make sure he saw that golf cart because I knew it would make him smile. And I love when he’s laughing and having a good time. Please give them a hug and I’ll kinds of love for me. I meant, that Luke uses a wheelchair a lot of the time. He can’t walk, but he falls will easily so we have to kind of watch him. Sorry dictation is messing up on me, I mean he can come on walk. We’re from Tennessee, where are you from?

We're from Ohio. Kyle doesn't use a wheelchair. We did have an adult sized "stroller" not too long ago for longer trips, but haven't had to use it in a long time. He doesn't use any equipment currently, but does wear ankle foot orthotics to help with mobility.
