Christophe you have a very cool channel. I find it mesmerizing. I don't know why? I think everybody is curious on some level about the high end L.A. real estate market. I always learn a lot about real estate watching your channel. I doubt I could ever afford one of those places. But it's real interesting just the same. It's obvious you have a lot of knowledge and experience and are very good and passionate about real estate. I just find the videos very fascinating somehow even though most of us can never afford those neighborhoods. Thanks for the videos and the passion and work you put into them. They are really interesting. I always learn something and it is a real glimpse into that market.

Benedict canyon is a pretty wide street and there are relatively few accidents in the area.

My clients made an offer on the house when it was first listed for the price he sold but at the time he was asking $200 million and was not willing to take under $100 million. Certainly an amazing home if you like modern.
