Following the shootings in Paris today this message is more important than ever.

Wow! Hitchens’ answer to the MLK issue near the end was a masterpiece! Who could argue that against that?

In the summer of 2022, on Victory Blvd, in Woodland Hills, a mother murdered two of her children and when she was carted away . . . she was yelling, "Where is my Bible?! Where is my Bible?!"

Religion is where superstition has always (and still does) go too far imposing rules that limit free thinking and speaking. Hitchins knew his history and I'm glad we have these videos and his well written books available.

as worthy an opponent as I have seen. He surrenders almost all of the ground for his side. Almost. The best one can do with such a proposition. This is a debate ..not the last word

This pastor was the real deal. He truly is a kind and good man Who could represent the best of christianity. Unfortunately, Kind intelligent thoughtful Christians are far and few between.

Interesting he gets so upset because he thinks that Hitchens can know what MLK Jr. was like, when he states that he can learn something about God after watching a dog get hit by a car

Every time “Jackson” refers to Christopher as “Hitchens” Jackson loses more ground and respect, people are laughing at every witty remark that Christopher makes, as they are not used as a weapon….Thank you Christopher.

So it took a dead dog for him to realise he's a mortal creature....christ why didn't he just go to a local abattoir or anywhere humans come into contact with animals and you'd see endless cruelty...billions of animals killed. ..and as always the ''heavens watch on with folded arms.....

God existing beyond our vague interpretation of our own existence and anything beyond what we think we comprehend. All explanations fall short of the truth but both arguments are essential validity. God cares but he doesn’t it all depends on the life looking for realization and the frequency and vibration they are experiencing in the moment. It’s not a black and white experiment it’s a rainbow

Well we heard a great number of examples of how religious *extremism* is harmful, and the kinds of harm that can be done when you're intolerant of other views. But nothing against theism in and of itself. Strange.

I bet that Bourbon tasted good. "Bothers under the skin." We better listen intently to those closing words and decide to drink Bourbon together rather than fighting about the toys in the pram of infancy of a species of tailless ape with over active adrenal glands and frontal lobes that could be a little larger. Cheers!
