Thanks for the highlights. Much better than the official channel. Fritz looked good here but his opponent sort of mailed it in after the first set. He's got a tough road ahead but I hope he does well. He's a solid player.

Much longer and more polished highlights than the Wimbledon KZbin channel
@jsmillie232 күн бұрын
@@Anglaide I'm directing my rage towards ESPN. They own the rights until 2035. I think Wimbledon has their hands tied.

Thanks for the longer highlights. The official Wimbledon highlights are a joke, telling the result in the title and showing less than 3 minutes.

ESPN needs to sell the rights. They're just posting clips of champagne corks and Rublev freakouts. Thanks WWOS for proper highlights.
@IdontKnow-jt2oz2 күн бұрын
@@jsmillie23 a Rublev meltdown is always funny but the champagne was such a waste of a video and just doesn’t do anything good for the sport/tourney

Single arm slice backhand - unusual at this level but my favorite shot at social Saturday afternoon bash.
@justinlee562 күн бұрын
enlighten me if im wrong but which pro player does NOT slice with one arm?
@AlGreenLightThroughGlass2 күн бұрын
@@justinlee56 To clarify I meant you don't see many slices on the backhand (yes they're single-handed). At pro-level the powerful two-handed top spin shot has dominated in recent years. This year the slice seems to be back in vogue, at least in the early rounds.

The camera work here is a thousand times better than Wimbledon's, as is the longer clip - what's up with that?

Great highlights, so only matches with Aussie players? How about matches with top seeded players like sinner, Alcaraz Djokovic ?

The 3rd and 2nd matches posted by this channel were Sinner and Alcaraz without Australian players, no?

Chris is a great guy and great player but he just seems to not be able to close out the key points when needed. This seems to be the difference between the higher ranked guys and the masses. If he can improve in this area, his results and ranking will definitely improve.
