It always brings me such peaceful pleasure watching you work your magic. I too once had an 1872 brick farm house and somehow I always felt so connected to the house espically when decorating for the different seasons. I get a sense that that is the same for you. I don't know how someone can continue to outdo themselves over and and over but you always do! I have saved pumpkin stems but it never even crossed my mind to take apart the fake pumpkins, I was saving them for velvet pumpkins.I love your garland too. It has nice depth with the colors you picked.

I like the idea of attaching the garland to the railing spindles. You also attached them to the bottom of the stairs for Christmas. It leaves the railing free to hold on to. Your Halloween decorations are excellent. Looking forward to Christmas with your videos. Your ideas are so original.
