Spooky Season is finally here, & so is this year's Halloween Home Tour video! Grab a pumpkin spice latte & join me on a fall tour of our 125 year old historic Victorian home all decorated for Halloween! Full of fun Halloween decorating ideas, Halloween craft ideas - and with a hint of Halloween shopping haul (as I show my fun Halloween finds from Target, HomeGoods, Home Depot, & more), this video is sure to put you in the Halloween mood, & I hope it offers some exciting Halloween decorating inspiration to you! The tour starts with a look at our outdoor Halloween decorating, showing how I decorated our front porch for fall & Halloween; moving indoors to show the spooky decorations inside, including many Halloween crafts (videos linked below), as well as a Halloween tree, a witch themed Halloween garland on the staircase, & a Johanna Parker themed Halloween party space in the dining room! I just listened to your vlog about your love story. It really touched me. I too was raised in Christianity. Gay people were the “boogie men(women)” we were told about. I didn’t completely understand but I knew they were considered bad. The thing that changed my mind was when a guy I knew all of my life came out as gay. Byron was not the boogie man. He was a friend. He went off to college and started living his true life. He too was adopted and always the tallest. It must have been so hard for him. It made me sad that people were laughing about it. I haven’t seen Byron since graduation. I understand why he hasn’t moved back to our small town. The older I get the more I understand how being kind to others is so important. You never know what battle other people are fighting. Thank you for your videos. You are such an empathetic person. I’ve just become a grandma in the last few years. I want to be a loving fixture in her life. Who she loves will never change the way I feel about her.

Wishing you a wonderful Halloween Party🎃 I’m a fairly recent window who loves all things creepy, the gothic and the love of Halloween. I always did growing up and my sister and I both share the same passion for this wonderful season. Fortunately I married the love of my life who also loved Halloween and antiques. Although he did insist that come Christmas a change in décor was a must lol. Since our family house is decorated in antique furnishings as my husband and I both shared the love of beautifully made furniture etc. it makes it easy to intertwine old and modern pieces. With my Children grown and gone and bit by bit the creepy has moved beyond October and I can finally let the spooky season be part of my everyday routine. Even last year my Christmas tree was daemon in dark purples and black and either my sons didn’t notice or are used to their Mom’s style.
