I’m sick today at practice as the coach. But in steed of cancelling I was the one who brought the keys and the stuff if something should happen, so as I was too sick to show my feedback, I found this video and I must say it’s spot on and very well made. Thank you.

lol biggest tip you missed is taking off with your feet facing the front, saves your ankles big time and looks far smoother as its practically seamless to set for from a gather step, also you don't seem to use your right arm to gain rotation at all, which is something that you stated as a tip but don't seem to be doing, just a few random tips from a nobody if anyone sees this comment

Most definitely! I'm a huge fan of the split step, but I like teaching with the two-foot approach because I find it easier to explain. Great tip though for helping with blocking! :)

Awesome Video as always just a quick question. Why do you full to the right but cork to the left it confuses me but it’s cool.
@ChristopherTungFlips7 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It's kinda strange, but I twist backwards to my right and do my forward twists to my left. Optimally, I should twist to my left going backwards since I use my left leg as my leading leg in my tricks. I can twist both ways on the trampoline, but I haven't tried relearning the full to my left on the ground quite yet.
@plzkys68417 жыл бұрын
Christopher Tung Ok that makes more sense now. Thanks for the feedback, I have another question if you wouldn’t mind answering it. Is there any relation between which way you spin and hand dominance. I find it kinda odd I spin to the right jump and of my right leg for tricks seeing as I’m a lefty. My brother is the same way but he spins left, and jumps off his left leg. he is a righty tho.
@slowfall89576 жыл бұрын
hi christhoper! :D . Can you do a "parkour-focused" stretching? I guess flexibility can really help with some tricks. :3
@parkourandfreerunning42146 жыл бұрын
It's so frustrating when I throw my trailing shoulder backwards I actually do and frontflip and land backwards because my whole body just keep spinning sideways and forwards almost like a tucked side frontsomer sault 180. If I try and do it sideways I have to start with chest higher to do the sideflip so I won't do a frontflip but this gets me too much height and less rotation and I fall to ground faster and I injured my arm doing it please help Edit: Am not in control with the landing is it cause when I turn my chest and do like a frontflip or land backwards it makes me lose control with my landing since I don't know where am going to twist and not ready for landing because if I land backwards I will fall to the side and backwards a bit if I do it like a front front flip it rotates me the wrong way and I do more like a side frontsomer sault 180 which I do like a frontflip and land backwards which causes me to fall backwards. If I do a side flip and land and put my legs apart mean that I won't put my legs together would that also gice me control and help with my landing. Thank you
