you know a drummer is absolutely insane gifted when you're a long time drummer and metal drummer at that, and still cant fathom how Chris does what he does. Incredible stuff. sick song
@c0hink176Ай бұрын
I don't think he's so much gifted as he is dedicated. He's been playing from a very young age and has an insane practice routine
@fat_masonАй бұрын
@c0hink176 I get what you're saying, but I think both are true. He's gifted AND he practices like crazy. I don't believe this is something that can be achieved by the average person through sheer dedication alone. Hard work is important, but I don't believe it's the only factor. Chris has a genetic predisposition to be amazing and the hard work reinforces it. 💪
@c0hink176Ай бұрын
@@fat_mason I think most of the time a genetic predisposition to be good at something is just a difference in mindset when it comes to being critical of yourself and self aware, but these mindsets can be learned. It's easy to say that he's naturally gifted when we dont truly understand what its like to practice as much as he has but I'd say 90% of his skill is through sheer practice
@fat_masonАй бұрын
@@c0hink176 I can get behind that. 💪 I appreciate your perspective, homie. 🤝
