Term y’all needed was the Mag well is an anchor point for your pinky to drive the grip down, holding the barrel down. It’s a very small difference but when you’re shooting those kinda guns w those skills, small things matter ✊🏼

I’m no one to critique someone’s grip, y’all can shoot! I’ll share that I’ve been working on Modern Samurai’s “wave grip” to put more focus on downward pressure at the bottom of the grip. This is supposed to help keep the muzzle down during recoil. I think that’s why the magwell helps so much. But with the right pressure, a larger grip should be fine. Like I said, I’m still working on it lol. Love y’all’s videos. Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏼

What GHG was saying at the end there, competition guns have longer grips because they're made out of stainless steel, at least the good ones are anyway. The extra weight from that mitigates recoil a lot more than the point of contact thing you guys were talking about with the magwell.

The 19 shot the best with the magwell. I think Rambo J made the mistake of buying the full-size PDP pro instead of the compact. The compact with the magwell does the same as the glock 19. It just locks in your hand. Regardless, you guy's are all very good shooters.

I have the 19x and a shadow systems(Glock clone) mr920L just a gucci long slide 19. Don’t have a standard 19 tho but I can say the advantages of the longer grip with the 19x or longer barrel with the mr helps a ton

When I zero an optic, I’ll go to the range or the mountains and spends decent amount of time and a box of cartridges dial that baby in . I can hit a 100 yards all day with my SRO on my 34 or staccato p. My eo tech exps3 on my truck gun 7.5” .300blk I can hit easy 100 , I’ve never really tried further plinking. Anyway, take your time sighting that stuff in. I can off my .22 ar with a T2 to the kids at the family reunion and they are ringing steel from 50 yards in all day. Where that red dot is the bullet goes!!! Edit!! After watching further your pistols / staccatos were dialed in but not the dude that drives a car and shoots women and children’s guns.

I just got a Canik Mete SF.. which has a 15round grip like that 19.. it also came with a magwell.. and there is a huge difference in shooting with the magwell on and with it off.. my grip just isn't as tight without the magwell.. and even though I have big hands and after a while it gets uncomfortable because it feels like I am squeezing my 3 fingers between the magwell and the trigger guard.. I keep in on anyway but the gun is a lot more controllable with the magwell.
