Love watching this Lady’s face, LOL. I fly gyros and planes, flying the gyro is the most fun thing I have flown. Being a commercial pilot, I tell all my plane pilots I know to give it a try. Those that try it have the same thoughts lots of fun!❤️👍 Fun video thanks!

Gyroplanes are amazing. A guy taxied up in one last summer while I was killing time at the airport and offered me a ride. I was hooked. A few weeks later I booked three days of training and added my Sport Gyroplane endorsement. Six months later I set aside another week to train and added my Commercial and started on my CFI. In the meantime I've been building a single-seat kit that is just about ready to fly (if I can ever get the instrumentation that's on backorder!!). I have almost 11,000 hours of fixed wing time (including land, sea and gliders), but gyros add a level of fun that's hard to explain.

I would LOVE to fly a gyro. Since _first_ seeing the James Bond movie *YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE* on TV -- probably in the latter 1970s -- and watching _"Little Nellie"_ flown by Ken Wallis, I have liked them...👍

Christy asked if Gyroplane time counted for airlines. In the US, Gyroplane as a powered aircraft counts for all licenses, private commercial and ATP. So the correct answer is yes, Gyroplane time can count for a significant portion of the required 1500h for the ATP required for the airlines. FAR61E,F,G

In the UK, it's not an "endorsement". It is a full PPL in its own right - the PPL(G). Good landing, Christy. What Will had you doing to eat up runway is what we call a "hover taxi". The story of the Loch Ness Monster started with an admitted hoax, but it has been adopted into Scottish folklore (like Haggis hunts) because it attracts tourists. The view is much better from an MT03 / MTO Sport (the one you are standing next to at the end of the video - Mine is a sister-ship to Zulu Golf). ... and we don't call it a "run up" in the UK - It's known as "engine checks".

Fun video! These ain't yer grandaddy's gyros for sure. I fly both fw and have a Cavalon 915is, prefer the gyro and feel safer in it too because of its abilities. Proper training is critical.
