He has such a positive and amazing outlook on life. Even though he forgets a lot, he uses that as an advantage to experience life again like it was new and his first time. I never thought of it that way and that really resonated with me. Thank you for this interview. Vampiro is truly a treasure.

For anyone doubting Vampiro’s condition, short term memory is the first thing to go. I look after a family member with a similar situation due to chronic substance abuse. Sometimes they get very confused or angry because they feel helpless or lost and don’t want to ask for help. Losing that sense of independence out of nowhere is traumatic. They need support but don’t want to ask for it or to be a burden. Many times they’re unaware that something is wrong. It can happen for seconds or minutes or last much longer. It’s like a glitch but it never goes away. Be kind and be patient with them and hope you are never in the same position one day. Stay healthy.

Vampiro vs Pentagon in Lucha Underground was a match i'll remember forever. I was 14 at the time and that reveal they did after the match was one of the rare surreal out of body experience that I've ever had again till the undertaker lost his streak. I had true goosebumbs that day and it made me fall in love with wrestling like never before. Thank you Vampiro because you're one of the reasons I fell in love with wrestling.
