The most unexpected and fun musical section in any song..
@ryanohlson41819 жыл бұрын
I love how that first section of Marty's part is relatively easy, and then he just steals away all my hope. I really need to practice lead more. It's just difficult when I can either spend a bunch of time being bored or making myself feel terrible about my lead skills, or I can just crank out a couple riffs and feel awesome.
@bobravenscraft53766 жыл бұрын
Bro once you learn your major scale learn your TRIADS on paper its Marty's secret you don't have to be fast and the harmonic minor that's Friedman Dave is pentatonic and chromatics two different animals and no Dave doesn't compete with Marty nope practice peace

Hey Chris, I'm using gfs account: your lessons are excellent. I used to do the learn to burn vhs videos by curt Mitchell, learning skid row solos, etc. Wrote it all down note for note. Really you're a delight. God bless you sincerely. 🙏I'm not as disciplined as you but I can play and I'm learning these countdown to extinction solos solely bc of you. I write it all down! I cant rave about you enough. The last solo sections are so odd and delightful. That Marty. His left hand is so athletically graceful w the legato, ya know? Thank you sir. P.s. to anyone else reading this comment...just know..tension slows ya down.

Just wanted to say hell yeah to all your hard work, and any solo by Megadeth is not an easy task to undertake, so you are my go to guy to learn Megadeth solos. Keep cranking out the tunes brother I'm a big fan of what your doing.

Much obliged. This is my favorite guitar solo pretty much. Excellent video and tutorial. Been playing guitar on and off for years so im not as good as i should be. After seeing your intro i said no way in hell but i got half of it done!!!!. Still working on my speed a bit so sometimes i get lost in the notes. Thank you so much. You rock brother!!!!.

Hi Chris, I've been practicing "To End The Rapture" by Avenged Sevenfold, and I got the intro down quite well. Now I'm at the fast part but it feels as if I've hit a wall, because my fingers can physically not keep up with the tempo of Synyster Gates'. Is there anything I can do to change this, such as any exercise with a not so difficult shape, but just speeds up fingers, or is it just keep practicing until I get it?

Hey Chris have you played a Schecter Synyster Standard if you did then I would appreciate some feedback because I've heard mixed reviews on it and I don't want to waste $700 on a bad guitar Thanks in advance Peace dude.
@sukdufai43689 жыл бұрын
Hey I'm not Chris, but I have played one and can give some feedback if you like. My cousin has a standard syn, and when I played it it was pretty comfortable, provided you are okay with it being sort of a "diet" version of the regular syn custom. The rosewood fretboard is really nice as well as the duncan HB pickups, but while you play it you kind of don't get that real custom-s snappiness and aggression from an ebony fretboard and the Duncan Invaders. It also has a Floyd rose special, which I am currently having to replace for a faulty arm jack on my damien elite, so I kind of have a grudge. If I were you I would just wait a little longer and save up for at least a synyster custom, just so you aren't longing for the real thing while you play the discount version. But of course this is all my opinion, so the best thing would be to see if you can get your hands on one first to try it out, and see if you like it. \m/
@grossfanyeahmate9 жыл бұрын
Caerwyn Deathwhisp The best feedback anyone can give you on any guitar is to go out and try it, You may love a $250 that someone hates, or You may hate a $2000 guitar that someone loves, Best advice really is to just try it before you buy it
@MYxCATSxONxFIRE9 жыл бұрын
I have the custom model, it's beautiful to play, I haven't played the standard version, my advice would be to go to a music shop that sells one and try it out. It's all down to personal preference.
