Hi jackie, I have found that Vitamin C helps iron absorption and I would think Vitamin C woudl help your iron levels. iron is important. Too much iron is wrong and too little iron is wrong for your boyd. Perhaps you can email your iron levels to [e-mail]

I had cfs since I was a teenager mono 3 times in grade school. Epstein barr when I was a junior in high-school. I had maybe 3 good days in my life since I'm 43 now. I'm so tired of being tired and my body just feels like it doesn't cooperate with my brain. It’s been two months now and I feel better but most of the things they have me doing I was already doing anyway. Certain herbs and vitamins, probiotics, elimination diet and then bring certain foods back in to see how the body reacts. Eating only organic and eliminating all sugars. Foods that made me feel super sick Were wheat, corn, and soy.
