My fave oils are ones that calm you down. So I have a blend called Peace blend which I love so when I diffuse it, it helps calm me and helps me sleep better. Also I use epsom salts in my bath which also has essential oils in it and love it! So relaxing!

Very interesting topic nowadays Yoni! And if you name anxiety and depression it has a lot to do with the sympatic nerve system. It also deregulates our blood pressure! And if you also know hypertension is a silent killer. And most of the people are really not aware of this and the impact it can have on the brains (think of aneurysm and Tia) it is the 3rd cause of world wide death. So I 'm used to measure my bp at least 3 times a day.....and you will be surprised how your own bp is during measurements. If you think you're relaxed the bp shows mostly different. And the main cause is we have a too low magnesium level and the right dose must be increased while you notice stress levels. Also potassium (kalium) can be effective but on internet you can be confused how much of this has to be the right intake.
