Doctor, Could you please do a video on herniated disc L4 L5 S1 I’ve been facing severe pain in the left leg radiating pain buttock to complete leg. I’ve taking chiropractic sessions for 5 months but pain still exists also taken physical therapy sessions nothing is helping out. In the last 2 months I’ve taken 2 times ESI injections but it’s like temporary relief only now again doctor prescribed me to go for physical therapy. Could you please advise if there’s any surgery that would fix the issue permanently. Currently I’m unable to stand or walk for at least a minute it starts paining and numbness/tingling through which I stopped lot of my activities. Please advise.

I consulted in kurnool doctors I am following their suggestions and treatment.but now I am ok by grace of god.sir.is there any gum regeneration treatment in your research sir.kindly suggest me.
