Slight correction; the conditions for the pact made btwn Sukuna and Yuuji are that in exchange for Sukuna bringing Yuuji back to life, whenever Sukuna himself says the word extension, he can take over Yuuji's body for a whole minute. Not when Yuuji summons him.

The details of the pact actually go like this: If Sukuna chants the word "enchain" (word changes depending on translation) then Sukuna will gain full control of Yuji's body for 1 minute. Yuji added that during that minute Sukuna cannot harm anyone, and Sukuna made Yuji forget about the pact. During the Shibuya Incident, Sukuna didn't use the pact as he was summoned by Jogo, so the no-killing rule doesn't apply there. Later in the manga, Sukuna does chant "enchain" and doesn't harm anyone.

It's been a while so I might be remembering this wrong (someone please correct me if I am), but she was pointing out all the messed up ways women are treated and positioned in jujutsu society ... but not necessarily defending and imposing those standards the way "pick me"(s) do. The whole point is that they defend, uphold, and exalt blatant misogyny in a misguided attempt to "win" at a rigged game (if they're not grifters that is). That did not seem to me like what Momo was getting at. I LOVE Nobara's rebuttal but Momo (besides actively trying to justify murdering an innocent boy which is unambiguously shitty!! XD) was making points on a structural level that aren't satisfactorily answered to in Nobara's declaration. Her perspective was largely individualistic. I generally took that conversation to be a great set-up for the narrative to build on down the line and engage more deeply with the issues Momo brought up. Jujutsu society sucks is one of our central themes that touches on nearly all of our character's arcs, each in unique ways due to how they've experienced that society. I think that exchange was meant to set up sexism as one of the many systems that make jujutsu society shitty so that it can be tackled alongside all the other systems in order to really change their world for the better.
