Nice video! Loved all the fun edits (the office is my favourite one haha). I keep my Playstation horizontally just because there's no space for it to stand vertically lol. Although I've gotta say that the stand looks awesome and I would love to get one. I think I should reorganize my space for consoles in that case

I have to say I'm here because I was worried about my PS5 getting really hot. I was playing a digital game and wasn't even on for 15 minutes and I can feel the heat. I'm still at the point where I don't know if I should buy the stand because some people say it's good and some people say it doesn't do anything. 🤷

I'm in the middle of reviewing a cheap small fan just for the back of the PS5. That seems to do a decent job of getting rid of some of the heat.

So these kind of stands have already been proven to be worthless, they actually INCREASE the heat on the PS5. There are so many accurate reviews that actually proves this with more detailed thermal tests. Next time please do a proper thermal test when reviewing a cooling solution. Take care !

Yeah I agree on the negligible benefits of the cooling system. For me it's more about the benefits of the stand as a whole as opposed to a cooling system.

Someone used a tempature gun it went from 106 fairenhit to 94-92 so I wouldn’t say they don’t work but if say specific ones

Some people say these stands could affect the cooling system of ps5, so here is the question: what if I used it as a stand (just a stand), would it affect the air flow or the cooling system of ps5?? I need an answer pls.

If it's covering the vent area then yes it will affect it

I want to get a ps5 cooling fan, i dont play that much, but when im playing fifa 22 o spiderman miles morales ps5 version, i just have those 2 games, i just play for around 30 mins, and u can really feel that is getting hot in the back, when i play ps4 games no problems just with ps5 games, and im looking for a pretty good cooling sistem

@@ChronikSpartan Ratchet and clank for sure. Was dissapointed with how ps4 lacked ratchet and clank games along sly cooper. Not sure where going to put it, we dont have much room. We might just store it away when not using it and bringing it out when we use it. We were thinking about getting stand or not for when we get it.

Kikda late but I just bought a cooling stand for my ps5 and was wondering if you had any issues with it damaging the ps5 since its blowing the air upwards against the internal fans so didn't know if it may damage the ps5 overtime

To be honest I don't really use these stands for their cooling fans. I prefer dedicated cooling fans for that.

is it worth buyin cooling fans to prevent ps5 overheatings? or do ps5 dont overheat and its unnessecary? also other models dont have free usb ports available in the back to plug an external hard disk drive cuz they need both plugs for the charging dock n fan but what about this model?

I've never had overheating problems with mine. I guess time will tell, especially with newer PS5s where the cooling system is reduced somewhat. As for the USB usage, this just uses one USB port on the front.

Fans give a 5 -8 % heat reduction... have to make sure the ones that blow air out not in... most on the market blow air in ... when this happens it blows dust in.... also expanding your consoles memory gives more processing speed ... allowing another 8% under its engine .

I have it, and I think it poorly made first of all because you need to turn on the ps5 so you can charge your controller, so if you have only 1 controller the idea wont work. it was best if the company had the usb c in the back so you can conected it the electric connection. so meanwhile ps5 it turn of you can charge your controllers. Seconde it very hard to set the ps5 controller in the dock to charge.

Honestly I didn't find it hard to dock the controllers once the silicone was off. Also I keep the PS5 in rest mode and it charges them no problem.

charger ports didn't work and the screw thats supposed to hold the ps5 in place wouldn't even fit.
