Ok, now we need Joker as a dragon. The scientific name could be draconis pallidus ridens furores. The common name can be The Cackling Death or the Manic Jester. A slightly larger, venomous sub species of the Common Red-hooded Drake (Which can be Red Hood's species. DC ANTI-VILLAINS AS DRAGONS), the Manic Jester is as its name implies; absolutely mad. They have no feeding, mating, hunting, or any other animalistic patterns. In fact, their one consistency is their natural blood feud with the Batwing Night Wyverns. They invade the Batwing's territory for what looks like sport, often stealing and devouring their young hatchlings to taunt their adult counterparts. They are vicious scavengers, and have pale white scales on their heads as opposed to the red scales on their more common relatives. They have green horns and blood, which vaporises when they bleed to produce a gas that causes facial deformation and uncontrollable laughter. This leaves their victims with gruesome grins and teary eyes as they die of asphyxiation. The dragon seems to prefer this method to the point where it constantly opens long gashes on their snouts to look like a bloody grin, so as to enjoy its victim's suffering. Their bodies are covered in outlandish purple scales, with a particular feature being their split tail resembling coat tails. These dragons have a hyena like roar that sounds like mad cackling, hence the name, and seems to enjoy random killing as opposed to actually hunting prey. Thank whatever god there is that makes these dragons long lived, to the point where there are only 3 of this subspecies in existence at one time.

The female counterpart to the manic jester, the Harley quinn wyvern, are equally dangerous and insane. With a white, red and black coat of scales across their body and a pair of hammer like clubs at the ends of their tails, these smaller and more agile dragons will latch on to the jester if they find one, in the closest thing this subspecies has to life mates, with an unending loyalty that can survive very harsh treatment from the the jester. However , in spite of this a pairing of a Quinn and a jester seldom results in any form of offspring (thank God) but the Quinn will stay with a jester until their death, even if the manic dies first. Oddly, only two are known to exist currently, and one is alone.

Like Killer Croc, Bane, Clayface (obviously would just be Clayface transformed into a mud dragon but no shape or form close to that of a human), Solomon Grundy (obviously an undead dragon), and if you also haven't already then Red Hood. Man was this another great episode from you. I especially loved the Batman Dragon, just cause of how Wyvern-like and scarilly cool it is. Althought, I couldn't help but notice that it's tail had a very sharp curve at the very end, as if it snapped and broke. But that's just a minor critique, and the drawing and video overall were amazing. Keep up the great work.

Okay so I cant wait to tell you what I’ve got in store for next redraw!! 
So I took your character swipe and drew him kinda similar to captain america. Not just his suit but also in the way he always looks so mature and heroic. Besides that I also took some inspiration from the flash, black lighting and Ironman. I went all out with this one (even drew him in some additional poses;)) And I really like the way it came out. The ghost bat, a species of bat found in Australia, has wings so transluscent that they are almost invisible and you can see the veins in their wings. Now, speaking of dragons, there are some dragons in world mythology. For example, a lot of people are more familiar with the dragon taken out by Saint George of the Dragon, but very few people are aware that England has another dragon in its lore, the Lampton Worm (go look up the story of the Lampton Worm and check it out).
