yea, it has to go left (toward drivers side) to clear ring gear, then tilt forward to unhook the back part of the casing from the subframe and then move forward, then down.

i have 2011 caravan got code for shifter solenoid . put it in and filter and fluid now it'll go in R but not D any idea why or what to do

What swivel adapter is that on the end of your air hose? I purchased three IR units and they all began leaking air within a year of daily use. I'd like to get better quality. IR makes good stuff, but not that swivel adapter though.

Oddly enough my swivels are from harbor freight. They're the cheaper ones, I've been using them for several years daily without any issues.

After you had the motor & trans separated.........what was preventing the transmission from moving away from the engine block? Was it the subframe or the unibody rail where the trans mount goes?

Sometimes the diff hits on the subframe. You have to tilt the trans pretty far forward if I remember correctly. I usually use a ratchet strp to secure the trans to the jack.

Yall need platforms. You should never be up there on an A frame like that my brother. It kicks out and you grab onto the front of a car to catch yourself and give it the imbalance it needs to fall and that could a very bad thing. Be safe, they have the money for it. Thank you for the video. Those transmissions are a bear to get back in. I would never consider working for Chrysler bc of their engineering practices of not being tech friendly. God forbid you ever have to replace a heater core in anything they make. You'll contemplate cutting a hole on the firewall lol.

Hey I know this is an old post but I had at question. At -23:10 minutes, what is that cable you are pulling out from the top? Looks like you just use a screwdriver to unhook it
