My magnum 5.7 wont even start with the remote start. Shouldnt it start atleast with the remote start? Instead of starting it with the key?

I replaced my actuator a few years back. But now I have to turn the key pretty hard with pressure for it to start my car. In your opinion Could the actuator be the issue again?

well usually if its stuck you try to force it its ether gonna break or come out either way you would wanna replace the lock cylinder and housing
