Looked like 14sec/85mph or so, with first and second. Love that Cop motor and Torqueflite combo. This big highway car probably had a 2.76 for the open highway and fluffy drive characteristics in town. The old 440 dishes out wonderfully smooth torque. That was one fantastic motor.

I had a 1975 Chrysler Imperial 4 door with a 440 4 bbl in the late 80’s when I was a kid. The thing wasn’t to bad power wise considering the size of it and the little horsepower it had for such a big engine. Is this the same motor as in the 74 Dodge Monaco from the Blues Brothers?

A '74 Monaco police car had the E86 440 available, a '75 New Yorker at Best probably had an E85 440 single exhaust with a catalytic converter and lean burn the '74 would have been a lot quicker stock for stock. Edit, this is a metric dash probably Canada so it might not have cats or lean burn.

That's pretty good acceleration for a car that's made of concrete. Bet it burns fuel like a battleship

speedometer indicates km/h instead of mph, although it is an American car.... Unusual. Also, V8 7.2 L huge displacement, not a lot of power though.
