I love Casey in this scene. He looks so ANGRY, and I was watching thinking 'Holy crap, Casey's gonna go crazy.' And then he said 'I'm gonna tear you limb from limb...from LIMB' with that elaborate glint in his eyes and I burst out laughing. God I love him. He's awesome. You only truly notice how he's come to care about both Chuck and Morgan whenever they he thinks they're dead...Not that he'll admit it. Because, you know...he's Casey.

Those would be shots taken among lots of shots by hidden cameras, guards, etc. The people _taking_ them wouldn't know these guys are important, and by the time the pics reach someone higher up in Volkoff's outfit, C and M are long gone, with no license plate or car rental or anything to track them.
