Chuck-Chuck, everyone's favorite sweet. In Dagestan, every family prepares chak-chak for the holiday of Uraza Bayram.
I am sharing the recipe with you so that you can prepare the most delicious chak-chak.
For the noodles:
6 eggs
a pinch of salt
Soda on the tip of a knife
Flour 2-3 cups. (I used 3.5 tbsp. The volume of the glass is 250 ml)
For the syrup:
500 g sugar
70 ml water
500 g honey
A pinch of citric acid
500 ml vegetable oil for frying
