I've experienced what he is talking about, been on both sides of the fence. Doubted, Hated and mocked only to find that the words of Jesus are most true. Now i speak the words of Jesus, not my opinion, but the words of Jesus.

He wasn’t hated for no reason. Have you heard him on those tapes talking to Nixon? Both of them feeding each other’s worst inclinations

No doubt he had a true experience. People try to claim he did this for money, but reality is as he talked about here. He could made a lot more working in politics.

A Brilliant mind and powerful witness to the power of Grace. Pastor Don (Ballard Baptist) Preached at a horrific prison in Ethiopia-out in the middle of nowhere. There was a Chapel there built by Prison Fellowship. See ya' when I get to Heaven Chuck.

John Dean in his autobiography 'Blind Ambition' writes approvingly of the new Chuck Colson. Colson could be quite a nasty guy, and Nixon's political approach often brought out the worst in Chuck. Having been quite close colleagues at the White House, when Dean quite rightly decided he wasn't going to be hung out to dry as the one fall-guy for the Watergate cover-up, Colson (along with Ehrlichmann and Haldeman and Nixon himself), really stuck it to Dean. When he and Colson and a few other Watergate conspirators found themselves locked up in Fort Holabird prison, Colson went out of his way to befriend, re-friend, Dean. This is a little excerpt of what Dean wrote: 'There was something real about the new Chuck Colson, I decided after a period of scepticism. He was different, but his faith did not erase his old zest or wit. 'Sometimes I think there's not much ministry for me to do in here,' he twinkled one night. 'All these Mafia guys tell me they're already good Catholics!' Great unsolicited testimony from Dean, who, so far as I know, does not profess any particular Christian beliefs. Or at least he didn't at the time he wrote this. Btw 'Blind Ambition' is a great book. Can recommend it wholeheartedly.

I am not sure I would want Dean’s endorsement. He was involved up to his eyeballs in the cover-up and turned on his friends who were in the same boat. It was certainly God’s grace that led Colson to extend it to Dean at Holibird. I lost all respect for Dean when he preached that George W. Bush’s behavior was “Worse Than Watergate” while running around the country with Ben Bradlee and Co. celebrating the various anniversaries of Watergate.

Chuck Colson was man with strong convictions! To literally go into an arena that could only be considered the “lions den” (Columbia University) and speak truth to the early days of the woke crowd is strength that only comes from God himself… a man who paid the price, goes to jail and comes out radically changed… all praises go to God for this.

If anyone isn't satisfied with their christian experience have you received what all the disciples got in Acts 2 v4? (see also 10v44-46, John 7v37-39)

And the second he said that Christianity is the only truth he lost me. He traded in one fanatical belief for another

This is highly misinformative. Shame on you. The saved are known by their deeds, not their words, and this man is what he has always been. Look for yourself.
