I remember laughing my butt off when I first saw this. Don't get me wrong, the wedding was heartwarming and what-not but I couldn't help to wonder just how many people Casey killed, brainwashed or maimed to ensure no one saw the wedding tape and discovered he had tear ducts.

I remember being really bummed with the way the last episode of Season 5 ended, but anyone with the DVD's should go back and watch that season again, especially that last episode. Maybe it was just me, but going back and seeing it again, it seemed really evident that she was already falling for him again.

I agree, I once rewatched it and the last episode wasn't so sad as I remembered watching it for the first time. The way it was narrated was pretty clear Sarah wanted to stay and would've fallen in love again, or even better, the kiss worked. Still not the end I would've wanted tho

She heard their story, she saw her videio logs. She believes that happened, just doesn't feel the same way. The kiss is meant to make her remember the feelings she had. She kills Quinn because she states herself that he took her life away from her. At the beach scene, she clearly sees that Chuck is as naive as Morgan, by believing in a magical kiss, and Chuck being naive is one of the things she loved most about him. I hated not being sure about this in the ending, but the signs are there.

If you watch it again, her memory is definitely starting to come back by the end of the last episode. This is also evidenced by the fact that Morgan's memory loss wasn't permanent either regardless of the fact that he flashed less. The amnesia was played up for dramatic effect, and the situation is definitely heartbreaking, but I 100% believe she remembers everything in the end even if it all isn't present right there on that beach. There is no way those two walk away from one another.

She actually remembers after his profession of love for her at the house. When she's beating him up for the intersect glasses, she wants him to fight back. It's a subtle call back to when she was assigned to train him in S3E2. Her reaction to seeing the video of her admitting she loved him, was also very similar to her pining for him when he was kidnapped by the Belgian. Lastly, when she says goodbye to Casey in the finale, there's a very brief moment between the two of them when Casey puts out his hand to her. This shows there's a different kind of affection between the two of them, that was never directly spelled out before. The fact that she's the one who initiates it, how ever brief, would also suggest she has some memories back. It's a far cry from when she called him a burnout, in the pilot. That's not a change that would've come about that quickly if her memories were gone. Especially, since they were separated for much of the finale, he was in the helicopter and later trying to defuse the bomb in the concert hall, while she's alone with Chuck the whole time.

@Eehsun So she somehow remembers the disposition of whatever that was at the Wienerlicious, but she can´t remember her weading... Cmon people get your act together, the episode gave us clear hints that she was slowly recalling things, it just left up to us how long and how exactly it would happen. It was a nice final for me.

@MrNuxi The point was that it was a slap in the face. They tease everyone with Sarah carving their names into their future home. The picture drawn on the train, her finally letting Chuck in on her past and her mother. Now they are back to square 1.. it only took her 500 and some odd days to fall in love with him the first time, but they were also spys at the time, dancing and cover kissing and dates.. him saving her life and driving her nuts by not staying in the car. Now their first kiss was on a beach, with nothing going on except hoping it would help her remember.. and he kissed her, not her showing that she was falling for him by kissing him first. So now, we don't know if she is going to fall in love with this "new" Chuck, because he honestly isn't the same guy he was back in seasons 1 and 2, he isn't the shy nerd who was adorable (what she fell for)

@macdaddymario He's now a confidant married man who knows what he wants. SO is she going to still fall for him with the change in his personality? Did the kiss work? Sure, she started to remember things, but for all we know, it could take another 20 years for all her memories to come back.. and if that's the case, if they managed to stay together that long, it's already to late to have those little kids with little capes acting like super heroes. So, to tease people the way they did was wrong.
