I was driving thru Rome Ga coupla days ago and found a real country music station. Heard Buck Owens , Charlie Pride several gooduns then lost the station. It was early morning like 3 am I'd sure like to know what station it was..

Chris Scruggs and Cousin Kenny are two of my all time faves.

Scruggs can play anything with strings on it. Kenny is one of the best guitar players in country music today.

Greg Manuel, I’m with you on that comment. No way to stay still. Here in Louisiana in my area I grew up everyone in the room would have been on the dance floor. Most of us still would when we hear that sound.

I remember my mother picken and singing this song and i never new the name of it or Johnny Horton even recorded it till i got older love the song and it brings back memories.
