I'd say with my guesstimations about HALF of all scps up to series VI can do some level of earth destruction. For example, this one SCP (for context this was a temporal scp of an office guy repeating a routine in containment constantly) god fed up or something and just decided to... Destroy humanity. But also every scp in that tale. Just "destroys earth" means the aristocrats go with 3999 and 3812.
