I have no idea why. But at first I didn’t like this channel when it first popped on my feed. But now it’s my favorite for multiple reasons. I know there is a lot of great content creators out there but Brad seems like a neighbor who lets you borrow everything whenever you need it. Cheers to getting people excited to cook with the info on how to!

I've made the whole thing and it is FanTastic! I really love that BBQ sauce it's awesome on brisket sandwiches especially with the pickles and pickled onion. I just added red onion slices to my pickles 😋. Thanks again Bradley

Another gem. The mini Chud Box appears capable of working superbly as both a grill and a smoker. Probably the right choice for many as a first BBQ and possibly last too.

Man I tell u hwhat... I continue to watch you evolve. I have learned something from you on nearly every video. You are extremely talented and you will soon out grow KZbin. Isn't it funny and a bit frustrating how some times you go to college for one thing it end up doing something that did not require any college or student loan payment that will eventually make you rich. Lol. And I really enjoy when you let Brooke sneak in to your videos. She definitely helps bring a genuine reaction.

PERFECTION in every way, buns, sauce, pickles, chicken, chicharrones! It just doesn't get any better than that! I chuckled right out loud over the comment on the bones, "it's like a perpetual meal," that was clever! How can anyone watch this and not subscribe and share?

Much respect for not editing out the "mistake", everybody makes them. I have made chicken demi-glace and you're not joking, it's great stuff. I have also grilled chicken skins and called it chicken bacon. In the 70's my mom had a fish and chicken restaurant and we would cut up yesterday's leftover fried chicken and put it in a crockpot with BBQ sauce and put it on buns.

Great idea instead of pork. I got the recipe all drawn up, including, buns, bbq sauce, and pickles. If you haven't already, (still new here) pastrami on homemade rye, w/homemade dill pickle spears. My #1 favorite sandwich that's tied with the Cubano. Both a 2-3 day process. Not including the 5 days to corn brine the brisket. So worth it to me. 2nd place is a BLT. All 3 are no frills originals. No avocado, no egg, etc. In my humble opinion, you can add whatever you like, and it will be good....but not better. Detracts from the original umami. Like they say, 'too many cooks spoil the pot.'

I like the new bread addition! B/t Weismann and lagerstrom I have really stepped up bread and doughs. Maybe a video idea…leftover brisket or pork homemade pizza on the chud box or smoker. If you do it I like lagerstrom NY crust and thin Chicago crust. If you do NY…make the poolish. Def makes a better dough!
