Funny enough, that minigame is actually pretty easy. In my first attempt, I missed a balloon. The second, I got the casual coral. And I could even do it like a second or so faster. Just follow the arrows and jump to get the balloons. Sometimes you just gotta trust in the design, before you try to bypass it by turning corners in an 8 directional movement game.
