I just got done watching my favorite horror show, and was completely freaked out after a scene where a main character got their fingernails ripped off on-screen. This really helped me calm down. I'm not sure if he ever refers to this later on, but when you are a Goron, you can ground pound inot a roll while in snow. This causes you to not roll much at all until you hit full magic. This REALLY helps for when you little room to charge up your roll for a ramp jump.

Actually, speedrunners use arrows both against Wizzrobe (because if you hit him right before the small cutscene for his second phase starts, his getting hit animation plays, and then doing this over and over again kills him quicker than Goron punches) and against Goht. And the phantom pots in OoT don't always contain hearts, but even if they do, they are meant to kill you if you have one heart of HP left. It kills you before you can collect the heart, and so you die and have to start over. The hearts inside them don't respawn, either, so they are kind of annoying. Every time Emile gets frozen by ice, it pains me, as you can mash out of it to take less damage. You can even mash fast enough to avoid taking any damage from an ice trap.

Something funny about that mid-boss, Wizzrobe, is that Wizzrobes appear in many LoZ games as enemies, whether common or dungeon-specific, but are never really a particularly hard enemy (for me, anyway) until Four Swords Anniversary Edition, where they are a BITCH. Mainly because of the game's mechanic of "punch-clock" enemies (made up on the spot) that spawn at specific intervals of you being in their area, and leave without being beaten after a certain time. There can be 4 Wizzrobes on-screen.
