You can use Auto key. Or just put your 808 on the ghost midi of your melodies. Just make sure the 808 is properly tuned. And It will sound on the same key. But if it's a sample you have to use Auto Key or to drag and drop the sample on tunebat.com (sorry for my english I hope you understand)

I'll give you much better advice my guy if you don't really know this. Plus, instead of using 3rd party programs and such to make the job for you, it'll be better for you to understand a little music theory while FL does it itself. When you add your loop/sample to your channel rack, click on it so you can see the precomputed effects and time stretching stuff. Normally, under those, you can see the WAV form. Right click it and press edit. It's gonna redirect you to the audio editor. Once in the AE, left click your mess and select all the wav form so you can highlight it all. Once you did it, press right button on your mouse and select tool - convert to score and dump to piano roll. Basically it's gonna give you all the midi for the loop which will help you find the first key/note of the loop/sample.
