Vedesh, you can use some lime juice to wash the lobster, just like crabs or shrimps, also the guts of the lobster is to throw away, but I see some people here eating it, I personally throw away the guts and clean it like you do, it looked delicious, both the fish and the lobster, I love Moonshine too, Annmarie from Brampton, Canada
