You pause too much the first time.. Run it through the first time then pause how ever much you want the second that’s my suggestion.

eh, personal preference. i prefer to watch it whatever comes naturally to me. some times i pause first time, sometimes i don't all depends on how i can organize my thoughts. i don't feel it to be too much of an issue because most people watch the video all the way through for themselves before watching reactions :)
