Very nice video ..great content..is there another video with d food when everything is done cooked?? Mr Lancey dont worry i was tearing up with u as well cause i too am very emotional. A little tip for Mama Lou..how i know ppl prepare karilee from way back...After chipping , they use to salt it and put it out in d sun to soak for a little while. That helped it soften up a bit, then u squeeze it out dry to get out d bitterness..then u organize your seasonings and fry. Even if u dont have time to put it out in d sun...u salt it, let it soak for a few mins and then u squeeze it little bit at a time in a cloth. Love and blessings guys..❤️❤️❤️

Mama Lou, if you don't like the bitterness, what you have to do is sprinkle about a teaspoon of salt on the cut carille, then leave it for about 10min.....come back and squeeze it good and then fry.. Throw away the bitter, salty water that you would have gotten from it.... It won't be sooo bitter when you cook it.
