Regarding the diversity discussion: We have to stop attacking and ridiculing people when they try to put their finger on the problem. This is going to be a hard discussion, and if we want to increase the number of women in tech, we have to take a hard look at all the factors and variables, even those we find hard to acknowledge, because guess what - we need to be honest about the causes of differences if we want to change them, and we can't take anything for granted.
