Me and my group of friends were waiting in line for almost 2 hours just to get inside the building. And we were 20 feet away from the doors that leads inside the building. And then the doors shut. My friends and I decided to sit over by the tree in the shade by the old tabernacle. I am just so grateful that we got to watch from here on KZbin to feel the spirit so strong. I haven't felt the Holy Spirit in a long time until this devotional. I just so happened to catch Pres. Nelson's talk at the end. I felt something deep within my heart. I felt peace. I truly felt God's love for me. I felt like I am doing good things in my life, but that I can develop and mature my faith in Jesus further. I felt hopeful. I feel like I need to love the people in my life more. I haven't felt this way in a very long time, but felt more optimistic than ever!

I am grateful for Sister Nelson's invitation and question about "What would a Holy Young Adult do?". While I have technically have graduated from my Young Adult Ward, I still appreciate the access I can have through the internet and though the Spirit to learn from these addresses. I have struggled to let go of some Worldly things like Music or puzzle games. Like Sister Nelson's analogy of a Temple Building becoming decommissioned (like removing sacred items for the construction of a renovation of a Temple), I too have felt myself fighting the natural woman and unfortunately allowed my inner self to become "decommissioned" with regards to inviting the Spirit and focusing on maturing and preparing myself for the Lord's Second Coming. I also noticed when Sister Nelson mentioned about being in the "Great and Spacious Building" as described in Lehi's dream found in the Book of Moron, in the book of Nephi. My mind jumped to this April 2022's General Conference talk given by Elder Bednar, entitled "We Headed them Not". While Elder Bednar was cautioning us on which voices we listen to, Satan's or God's, Sister Nelson was reminding us that although we might be in the building, we still have this time to return back to God, through the Atonement of Jesus Christ and use our agency to get help from God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost, and those who are with us on the Covenant Path, who wish to help us righteously. _________________________ President Nelson's invitation is to learn the Truth. These Eternal Fundamental Truths are: 1.) Know the Truth about Who You are. Know the Truth that you are a Child of God. Know the Truth about what Heavenly Father and His Son (Jesus Christ) has offered to you. Know the Truth related to your Conversion. My True Identity - A literal Spirit Child of God, a Daughter of God. Has this Truth been imprinted in my heart? Has this Truth (that I am Literally a Daughter of God) Rescued me when confronted with Temptation? While this knowledge of Truth as sometimes seemed like a slogan, rather than Divine Truth. The thought about Who you are (who I really am) effects almost every decision we (I) will ever make! Warning: If any (worldly) label replaces any of your many Important Identifiers (i.e. Eternal, Divine Identity as a Child of God, a Covenant Child of God, and a Disciple of Jesus Christ), the results can be Spiritually Suffocating! Identifiers: Child of God. Child of the Covenant. Disciple (Follower) of Jesus Christ. Tonight I Plead with you to Not to Replace these Three Paramount and Unchanging Identifiers with any others, because Doing So could Stymie your Progression or Pigeonhole you in a Stereotype that could Potentially Thwart your Eternal Progression! The Adversary rejoices in labels because they divide us and restrict the way we think about ourselves and others! How Sad it is when we honor Labels more than we honor each other (God's Children). Labels can lead to judging and animosity. Any abuse or prejudice towards another because of [labels of the World], is offensive to our Maker (God our Father). Such mistreatment causes us to live beneath our (Spiritual) stature as His (God's) Covenant sons and daughters. While identifies we have obtained on Earth can be important in it's proper place, these identifiers should Not displace, replace, or take priority over these Three Enduring Designations: Child of God, Child of the Covenant, and Disciple of Jesus Christ. Any identifier that is not compatible with those Three designations will ultimately let you down! Other labels will disappoint you in time because they do not have the power to lead you to Eternal Life in the Celestial Kingdom of God. Because there is a Grand Plan of Salvation, Authored by Heavenly Father, Does it not Stand to Reason that You (I) Also have a Divine Destiny?! Make NO Mistake about it! Your Potential is Divine!!! With your diligent seeking, God will give you glimpses of who you may become! 2.) Know the Truth about what Heavenly Father, and His Son Jesus Christ, has offered you. As you come unto Him (Jesus Christ( in faith, He will Guide, Preserve, and Protect you!

I am so glad I watched this. It was exsactly what I needed to hear. I felt the Spirit very strongly, and have received direction in my life from what was taught. My family, close friends, and I are going through an extremely difficult time right now. Before watching this devotional this morning, I felt very sad and troubled from everything. But now I feel much better, and I feel the peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit. Whenever I feel terrible, the word of God always lifts me up. I know that everything we need is found in Christ and His gospel. In all trials, heartaches, sorrows, sins, weaknesses, and afflictions I know there is no other source we can look to that will truly deliver us.

I can honestly testify to the spirit in that room. It had been the first time I had ever been to the conference center and honestly the cameras do not do it justice. Truly and incredible experience to hear the prophets words and to speak as one with my brothers and sisters in that opening song. It was as if we had entered the gates of heaven. I suppose that is what it might feel like, billions of voices speaking as one with joy and love. When the apostles and the prophet and his wife entered, you could tell the spirit had changed, it was powerful, as if the wind blowing around you. Truly incredible.

We have 3 amazing YSA in our family who we love n miss.. we're grateful for their example of striving to live the Gospel n follow the counsel of our living Prophet on earth today..

As a young adult myself, I felt so inspired, filled with wisdom and faith last night as I listened to the prophet and the lovely Sister Nelson. They both reminded us to find out who we truly are and how we should ask ourselves each day how we can come closer to him.

President Nelson's message almost made me cry, when he talked about his wife dying, and then remarrying. Two of the hardest things I have done. I love my wife, but it is challenging to blend families together. I appreciate when those who know what it is like, and share about their experiences. Thank you.

I brought my kids to see the Devotional but we turned back as the parking was crazy and we were there an hour early 🤦🏽‍♂️. We got to watch it at home though. One of the best Devotionals I ever watched 💙. I was really impressed with Sister Nelson’s talk

I felt the stress and anxiety lift from me while watching. I am so thankful that we have a prophet. He and sister nelson speak with love. This devotion has changed my thinking. It was the word I needed to hear. I'm so happy I came out of the darkness that had plagued me for so long, a year ago, and got baptized. I love this man, and his wife Wendy! I never noticed how soft spoken he really is until he became the prophet ❤️❤️ I listened to the audiobook ankjt biography of his life, on deseret bookshelf! I love how close he is to the savior and one day I hope to be as close to savior as he is ❤to

I really loved this devotional. Prophet Nelson gave a talk and it taught me so much about not labelling people nor letting myself get labelled. It taught me about "who am I" as an individual. I thought to myself, "I need to be myself" and serve the Lord. As a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I testify that the Prophet has brought me joy and more memories of my purpose at Church and who my real friends are plus my dear beloved ones. Especially to the special woman in my life who’s on her mission.

For me, this devotional was the icing on the cake of a wonderful Sabbath day! First, we had the privilege of hearing Elder and Sister Renlund speak at the Hickory, NC Stake Conference. I testify what president Nelson said is true! Especially how exciting life gets if we follow Him! I transferred school, had financial and academic struggles, yet in all my shortcomings He somehow strengthens me and encourages me to do his will! Surely He lives and speaks to all of us daily!

I WILL BE 80 YEARS IN SEPTEMBER 20 ..I KNOW GOD IS MY SAVIOUR GOD HAS VEEN GOOD TO ME AND MY FAMILY. MY MOM AND DADDY WAS A GOOD CHRISTIAN.SHE AND DADDY KEPT ME AND TOOK ME TO CHURCH EVERY SUNDAY THERE WERE 9 CHILDREN SAT ON 1 ONE PEW. I think I've watched this just about 6 or 7 times. There's something very special in the Prophet's talk that keeps me studying it. He reminds me that I will die. I will become immortal because of Jesus Christ atonement and that I will be judged by God. These simple truths are warnings coming from a Prophet. We are being warned that if we have made covenants with God like Baptism or temple marriage we are accountable for our decisions. I'm so greatful for a living Prophet and I hope to continue to listen to him as he receives revelation from Jesus Christ.

Nelson challenged us to ask ourselves this question: What would a holy young adult do? This serves as an eye opener for us to seek for what Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ wants us to do. I know that this question will help me find peace and hope despite the challenges I’m facing right now and help me to fully prepare myself as I participate in gathering the scattered Israel. President Russell M. Nelson have said to us that we should not relace the three paramount and unchanging identitifiers with any others.
