Hello, brother Richard! My name is Josiah. I just sent a prayer your way and, on behalf of President Nelson (I wish it were directly from him, but I know him enough to know he'd approve my doing this), I invite you to learn more about, to sincerely search/seek and ask God, what truth there is, or not, with the message of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Your openness to have viewed this celebration and wish President Nelson well speaks a positive volume about you. Please, push further the envelope of your open mind. In summary and core, it is a search about the truth of our existence and the truth of God, and above all, of His love for you individually and to bless you as much as you are open to receive, at least spiritually in this life and in all ways forever after. I share with you my personal witness that I know we are, in literal deed, children of God, with the divine potential, thanks to Jesus Christ, to grow up to become like Them! A fullness of purpose, opportunity and joy is available. An integral part of God's perfection, He neither forces any one of us, in any degree, either towards or away from Him. Feel free to dialog with me or others, here. I ask you (already believing it is nothing), what do you have to lose in searching fully? And if you understand the least of what we purport the gospel of Christ to be (my words above give a nutshell), please, contrast this with what there is for you to gain. It is thanks to my parents, having once been in a faith position maybe similar to you, having been willing to search, that I have experienced so much joy and so many miracles in my life. And lastly, as the effects are of my parents upon me and my siblings, your interest and quest for truth can be multiplicative and generational in depth and effect, too!

That was incredible: how happy and excited Pres. Nelson was ~ like he's still a child at heart even though he's now a century old 🥹 What an incredible life and what a powerful example of the Savior. My experience and testimony is that they are truly the Lord's houses. I just said a prayer for your well being, happiness and blessing, and that if not from me or President Nelson, that you will at least feel an embrace and love from our Lord Jesus, Heavenly Father and the Holy Ghost.
