CHURROS WITH HOT CHOCO

CHURROS
1½ cups water, at room temperature
2 tbsps. salted butter (add pinch of salt, if using unsalted)
1 tbsp. white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking powder
Cooking oil, for deep frying
HOT CHOCO SAUCE
1 cup dark chocolate (chips or chopped)
½-¾ cup fresh milk
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon powder
pinch of chili/cayenne pepper

Sobrang timing n'yo po, chef! Nung isang araw eh gumawa ako ng churros kaso palpak pero edible naman po. Nakita ko po itong recipe ninyo at hindi po ako nakapaghintay at ginawa ko po talaga tonight! Half the recipe lang po ang ginawa ko po and I think okay naman po. Di ko pa po nadi-deep fry. May palpak nga po pala ng konti. 😅 Nakalimutan ko po ihalo ang sugar sa water. Ang ginawa ko na lang po eh nag-combine ako ng 1tbsp ng water and yung 1 tbsp sugar inihalo sa flour and ok naman po! Maliit nga lang po kaso ang piping tip nga ginamit ko pero mukhang acceptable naman po ang hitsura ng churros. Ni-freeze ko po and prito po ko bukas. 😁 Salamat po sa pag-share ng recipe!
