And here is a new video to present you the preparation of a chutney peanut! It is the chutney which we in India we eat with our Indian bread " Chapati " even or "dosai" who has a resemblance with Breton pancakes. I propose it to you here in apéritif given that I find that this chutney reminds me the hummus.

The recipe is in 2 stages. For 2 to 4 peoples:
First stage :
1 tablespoon spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of peeled(analysed) seeds of soya
1 teasspoon of split peas
1 clove of garlic cut in pieces
1 handle of peanut
1 dash of lemon juice
Second stage:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds + peeled seeds of soya
Half of the red pepper, (we can remove seeds inside)
2 in 3 carry's leaf (replace with the grass of your choice, parsley, mint etc.)
