You know I was not that much fun of her but really liked her so much !!!! The concentration she gave, the eye contact, the confidence, the attitude, the way she explain things and most of all her undefinable trust worth own her self I do like her not because of she’s actors but because of the full soul that out shine with in her conversations and being her self in front of camera too 💯
Why is every body complaining about him? I loved how he share his ideas freely and it is a podcast so it is a free stage. He do have a right to talk. Man keep it up. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Families, We apologize for the audio quality🙌🏽 Will get improved on the next episodes❤️Much Love❤️ NB: Know the difference between interview and podcast!

Even if it is podcast, we want to mainly hear the guests speak not you. You ask her a question and when she tries to explain, you cut her off. She is the famous one and why we tuned in to watch the show, let her speak!

Who said you can cut off your guests on a Podcast? And why are you so defensive? Take the criticism and work on your communication skills.

You can still do a podcast without interrupting your guests or trying to shove your opinion down someone’s throat or arguing…. Plus for a first episode you should take criticisms and not gaslight your audience.
I think there is a difference between an interview and a podcast. In a podcast ideas are discussed by BOTH parties. That being said, you have to let her finish her ideas.

The setup is beautiful but it's painful to watch, the host ask long winded question that doesnt make sense and he is not willing to listen to the answer, talks over the guest, he has an immature way of looking at things and lacks perspectives, surprising how this person sits in an office giving other people advices Pleasantly surprised by selam who has layers to her and very mature, she challenged him when necessary, she was expressive, articulate and handled herself impeccably 👏🏾
Good Start : Please take note : Wit all due to respect , Interviewer : Please Improve your interviewing skills (Specifically try to have a pre-scripted short and precise questions , sound is terrible please increase the base and add lots of sound proofing on the next go around , Camera also not on point) , Interviewee : I saw a lot of maturity with Selam. She have grown and I've got to say I'm proud!! , I bet she had a lot of life experience to kinda give her a rhythm on how she responds. Love y'all, Keep up.

You see my family wanted me to be a medical Doc , just because I got some good grades... Remind you this was in 2006, everyone thought I was a failure, except my mom when I choose software engineering . . . If success was about money 💰 I now work with the largest tech companies Facebook , Visa, ... But then again I also love what I do , everyone is now saying I made a good choice seeing the fruits of it but back then everyone had doubts . . . Y'all that's totally true be really great at your craft but you can only do that if you love what you do , You can't grind out greatness out of sheer love of money . . .
Abega my beloved brother. You're on the right truck bro# GOAHEAD and LOOK FORWARD.

It's a nice podcast. Keep it up!! Please let the guests speak their perspective and listen more.

I don't think he's trying To speak more , he throw a question but she had difficulty of understanding the concept of some of the questions so he had to explain it, 2ndly she's trying to filter every single word that comes out of her mouth, & on the top of that she's very reserved of sharing her personal information & life experience, because of that he had to go further to break it down the idea , this is what I observed from this Podcast...!!!.

@Mar & Mar I am under the impression that this is a podcast, not an interrogation field. Listening goes a long way, and the comment was for the host. He has the right to take it or disregard it. She understood his LEADING questions in her own perspective if you know what I mean by leading 😏
