Hi, I had my kanso 2 processor for both ears last Feb 1 2022. I'm wondering why i still don't hear words or regular sounds as of today 12 march 2022. I only feel heartbeat or electrical pulses in my left ear and faint bell sound on my right ear. Is this normal? When can I hear words or normal sound?

Hi there! Thanks for your comment. So, you've had your processors activated now for around six weeks and all you can hear are bodily sounds. I would refrain from giving medical advice here, but how many mapping sessions have you had with your Audiologist?
