Not only do you get a great dish... I love the History Lesson you receive too, while she is cooking... I am an Acting Teacher getting ready to move back to Albuquerque, New Mexico (US) to RE-Open my Acting Studio... I used to have a little Bistro called "Mama's Kitchen" and my family are D'Alessio... So I want to not only Do the Acting Studio: Called "J. Christopher Couture Acting Studio" I want to incorporate a Mystery Dinner Theatre... the Acting Students will also learn to ACT... and to Cook... and then Serve Dinner while Acting... it is a Blast... I am so going to put your Quote on my wall at the Dinner Theatre "When you sit down to Dinner... You sit down to Love?" Thank you so much...

I would be a nervous wreck working with a Professional Chef. That fish 🐟 is going to be DELICIOUS.

What is Pochuto? Where about in a grocery store do I find it? I probably spelled it wrong, but I never heard of it.

Peggy Bouley I think you mean prosciutto which is smoked and cured bacon and can be found at specialty stores, meat department. Spendy stuff.

Peggy Bouley Google says that prosciutto is dry-cured not smoked. But why couldn’t it be? I guess the meat is mostly from Italy, but I would think that it should be sold in the U.S.A.

I love watching her and I love watching her recipes but on every time she cooked with another Chef she always corrects them but then forgets and says oh oh oh yeah oh that's right. She's correcting four and five star chefs that is my only problem otherwise I love what she does but I always have to change the channel when I see her cook with somebody else she starts correcting them and saying that's not right you didn't put enough in when it's their own recipe that's not two tablespoons you need more I understand maybe she's trying to help but it drives me insane
