The people are inspiring and friendly, and the places amazing. The combing of the olive trees is interesting, and that they just want to break even rather than profit. Right off the bat ALL of the foods look amazing, and I am sure taste that way too 😛I love a good Ragu no matter which way you make it. The homemade pasta is a key to it also, if you don't make your own pasta, you are really missing out on a great food experience, I even remember the 1st time I ever ate it as a spaghetti and I have never forgotten how much better it was than a box. The Boar recipe with black truffle is way over the top for 99.9% of us watching and we can't replicate that, so 👎on that one. The 1st & 3rd dishes we can all make and look amazing. SO you still got a thumbs up from me 😜
