Yes, perhaps the best thing about the onset of winter is the motivation to bake simply because it requires a warm oven, Here almost always it's much too hot regularly to turn it on but usually I keep some mixes in the panty for those days when it seems the right thing to do. Hi Ciara, so happy you’re back 😃, I was worried that it was autumn and we had nothing… that Carrot Cake looks amazing. Also if you say to me “Tristan and Dean” I would totally think about Gilmore Girls too haha. I would recommend you Convenience Store Woman by Sayaka Murata, I read it 3 or 4 years ago and the way it is written you can read it so fast… I really loved it, a short and very enjoyable book Thank you for the video, it feels very cosy and comfortable 🤗 with autumnal vibes 🍂

oh i absolutely love carrot cake too! i made one this year which was absolutely delicious! i followed matt sinclair's recipe from masterchef austrailia (it's not vegan) but he added a orange and carrot marmalade to go in between the cake layers and candied walnuts on top which just elevated the carrot cake to another level!😋😋

Aw what perfect timing! I’ve just ordered this year’s tea advent calendar, and this year I’ve gone for one by Yawn Brew - they also do coffee and hot chocolate calendars! I’ve loved the Bird and Blend one the last couple of years, but as lots of the flavours get repeated each year, I wanted to try a new brand to have a calendar with a bit more surprise! Fingers crossed I like it’
