a question that I, as an Italian, have always asked myself in my travels abroad: but if you come to Italy as tourists and you get used to this food, perhaps even simple, but prepared in such a superfine way, like the one tasted from this nice couple, who in the end do not simply eat, but have delighted the palate with a real "taste experience", how do you then at home to explain it to your acquaintances, especially among those who do not really know Italy? At the end you will resume your routine and you will be convinced that you have lived only a beautiful dream to keep in your heart. No dear tourist friends, this is the intrinsic value of Italy, and it is the simple reality not a dream! The essence of Italy is to achieve great things with all the means available, large or small, and in this the Picchi family together with others perfectly embodies the result of the great cultural value of Italian cuisine! This is the "brand" that Italy must transmit abroad! Congratulations to the Picchi family for these videos!

una domanda che io, da italiano mi sono sempre chiesto fra me e me nei miei viaggi all'estero: ma se venite in Italia da turisti e vi abituate a questo cibo, magari pure semplice, ma preparato in modo così sopraffino, come quello degustato da questa simpatica coppia, che alla fine non mangia semplicemente, ma ha deliziato il palato con una vera e propria "esperienza nel gusto", come fate poi a casa a spiegarlo fra i vostri conoscenti, specialmente fra chi non conosce veramente l'Italia ? Alla fine riprenderete la vostra routine e vi convincerete di aver vissuto solamente un bellissimo sogno da conservare nel cuore. No cari amici turisti, questo è il valore intrinseco dell' Italia, ed è la semplice realtà non un sogno! L'essenza dell' Italia è di realizzare grandi cose con tutti i mezzi che si hanno a disposizione, grandi o piccoli che siano, ed in questo la famiglia Picchi insieme ad altri impersona perfettamente il risultato del grande valore culturale della cucina italiana ! Questo è il "marchio" che l 'Italia deve trasmettere all'estero ! Complimenti alla famiglia Picchi per questi video !
