My friend it is other way round the overall property rates of Navi Mumbai is way too much.hence, cidco cannot afford to sell flats at lower prices. From bricks cement tiles paint electric equipment man power cost every thing has raised. They have to consider every thing while selling. Also, Airport and lots of MNC is about to start in this location which is again affecting the price.

Cidco has played with the emotions of the common (middle-class) people. They should have declared the rates the date when opened up for the application process. Now, the people have to go to the private builders and buy 'quality' flats at obscene rates. The only people who are laughing now are the builder and the agent lobby...

Well I agree, lekin ye jo projects hai especially LIG wale thoda luxury type hai. For bhi LIG ki price mujhe bhi zyada lagi especially stamp duty air registration ke baad. I have my subscribers willing to sell at 36 lakhs in Ulwe so I can understand.
