So jealous of how good this fit is for you! I can’t tell if the soft brims have more or less than the flat bills, I reached out to Ciele for some help understanding some of their terms, Athletic, Standard etc, they do have a stadium right now but it’s a grid/ reflective. Curious about a few other grey models they got. Thanks for the review

Their hats use to fit me great, but the newer versions I can’t even get them to stay on my head because they run so small. Definitely a bummer!

If you don’t mind sharing: What hat size is your head? I picked up a Ciele Trinity, the mesh running hat. It is too small, sitting a half inch above both ears. The bowl is too shallow. My head is 7 3/8, 23” or 58cm. Your cap seems to grip the dome a little better. If you know your head size, let me know bc I like Ciele’s style, but I think just the mesh caps are smaller in general. Every brand I have tried, the mesh tend to sit high on the head.

I’ve tried a few different models from them, I have a high crown too and the gocap is the only one that has fit consistently with my high crown. I had the same issue with the mesh trucker style from them, way too short for my huge dome.

Colin Swift I’m organizing my return of the Ciele Dark Knight Trinity. I went by REI though, and it’s not just Ciele. All the mesh caps: Patagonia duckbill, Outdoor research, REI, they fit a little small, a little shallow.

Steve I’ve found the gocap sizes do vary a little as well, some are shallower than others. On their website now they have photos/videos of people wearing the newer models of hats, which I found to be helpful on judging the sizing. If the hat fits close or over the ears of a normal sized head person in those photos/videos they may fit us ginormous heads a little better.

Haven’t tried the SC, but they look awesome, and just looked at the photos and they look to have a better fit for high crowns.

A little bit, the brim doesn't stay curved very well though because it's so pliable.

I have the same size, their hats can vary a bit, I’ve ordered a couple hats from them that fit great, and I’ve had a couple that don’t fit as well, but they’re all adjustable, would be best if you can try one on somewhere.
