@9:01 That big house has been a construction site since 2017. Look at all the cars parked on this street and the others nearby. Imagine being their neighbor. Living above Beverly Hills and dealing with that mess five days a week for the last seven years. You can still have visitors during the day... as long as they're cool with parking several blocks away and walking uphill to reach you. Nice cars have wide wheels, I wonder how many flat tires have been caused by seven years of construction vehicles dropping junk. Surprised the neighbors never sued for damages to their quality of life, law suits have happened for much smaller matters. I'm sure they're still doing alright lol but living next to a construction site on tight streets for seven flipping years is crazy. Also, your videos are really crisp. 👍

Whoever owns that house is neighbors with James Goldstein, the mobile home Monopoly man who is always seated courtside at NBA games. He’s a direct kind of guy to say the least, I cant imagine he’s happy with the endless construction next door.

Great tour with a cool retro 80's soundtrack. Nice area to live in if you can afford it! The drive up Cielo was interesting looked so peaceful and chilled, it was a tragic night and it's legacy still lives on as much as ever. I could put the past behind and live in Cielo drive but would have to have a garden, I don't think those houses on Cielo do? I think they are on stilts at the back. Really enjoying your LA drives, keep em coming!

Thanks, glad you enjoyed! … The landscape across LA changes quickly, even in the hills. So with non-stop construction and development the places with a haunting past usually get modified over time.

Murders in a home doesn't stop some people from buying a home. For example, in 2007 there were murders in a home in Georgia. 3 people were dead and one was a 7 year old and yet, someone bought that property and lived there for a while. The murders didn't bother them

Will you answer this question for me? Our band played up there one weekend. The client's house is on Beverly Glen Blvd. (I remember) coming from Sunset. As we were driving up Beverly Glen, I looked to the left and saw Cielo Drive. Of course Cielo winds uphill. The house we played at practically sits at Beverly Glen and Cielo. Is this a back entrance-shortcut up to the Tate house? Or do you still have to take Benedict Canyon to get there? I've always wondered. Thank you.
