Ingredients:
1. Chicken- 1.5 kg
2. Ginger - 1 inch
3. Garlic clove- 20 pcs
4. Green chili- 5 nos
5. Ghee- 2 tbsp
6. Onion- 3 pcs
7. Salt- As per taste
8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
10. Kashmiri chili powder- 1 and 1/2 tsp
11. Tomato- 3 pcs
12. Roasted cumin seed powder- 1 tsp
13. Whipped hung curd- 3 tbsp
14. Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
15. Shahi garam masala- 1/4 tsp
16. Kasuri methi, dry roasted- 1 and 1/2 tsp
