I am not Bengali and never ate this earlier but made this with Aloo’r dam on my wife’s birthday. And it came out pretty good. I am not very experienced cook either this is my very recently found hobby. But I could follow instruction. Thanks a lot!!!!!... One request is if you could let us the ingredients in tsp/tbsp/cups instead or along with Gms, it would help a lot.

Basically I am from Assam nd married here at West Bengal,it's being 6 months now I am married....there is a big difference between our (Assam) and my in-laws cooking style nd food habits....but coz of only Bong Eats today I am considered as a very good cook 😁🥰 so thank you nd lots of love.....
